Candidates are required to adhere to the “Notice Period” policy & provide a minimum of two weeks’ notice before resigning from their current job.
Once a candidate has been employed for more than a month, the statutory “Notice Period” will be applicable.
Employers partnering with SJC are exempt from charges, with an expectation to uphold office decorum, healthy work culture and offer essential benefits to their workforce.
