No Registration Fee

At SJC, we have a strict policy of not charging any registration fees.
SJC will only charge fees upon successful job placement.

Recruitment Fee for Fresher Candidates:

Freshers (those new to the workforce) are required to contribute 30% of their first month's salary.

AFTER SUCCESSFULLY JOINING THE ORGANIZATION,

A 10% FEE IS APPLICABLE ON THE FIRST DAY FOR BOTH FRESHERS AND EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES.

This will signify a serious commitment, to ensuring financial stability for both parties.

Terms & conditions

Candidates are required to adhere to the “Notice Period” policy & provide a minimum of two weeks’ notice before resigning from their current job.

Once a candidate has been employed for more than a month, the statutory “Notice Period” will be applicable.
