No Registration Fee

At SJC, we have a strict policy of not charging any registration fees.
SJC will only charge fees upon successful job placement.

Silchar Job Consultancy (SJC) follows a transparent, results-based pricing model, under which consultancy fees are charged only after a successful job placement and confirmation of the candidate’s acceptance of the job offer. This policy applies to all candidates availing recruitment and placement assistance through SJC.

At Silchar Job Consultancy, we are committed to providing genuine, reliable, and career-changing job opportunities to deserving candidates across Silchar and Northeast India. To continue offering quality placements and to ensure fairness in the recruitment process, we have introduced a simplified and transparent fee structure, effective from FEBRUARY, 2026.

Consultancy Fee Structure

By proceeding with SJC services, candidates and partner organizations agree to comply with the pricing terms outlined below.

1. Fresher Candidate Placement Eligibility: Candidates with no prior full-time professional experience.

✅ Applicable to both fresher and experienced candidates

2. Experienced Candidate Placement: Eligibility: Candidates with prior full-time work experience in any domain.

💼 Placement Success Fee –35% Only After You're Hired

Experienced Candidiate Fee: ➡ 35% of the first-month gross salary

✅ No upfront registration charges

This ensures that you pay only when you benefit from a successful placement—making it a win-win for both sides.

3. Re-Placement / Second-Time Assistance (SJC Alumni Program)

Eligibility: Candidates previously placed through Silchar Job Consultancy seeking placement support again.

Consultancy Fee:
➡ 30% of the first-month gross salary

Benefit: ➡ Includes a 5% loyalty concession compared to standard experienced candidate charges.

Payment Trigger: ➡ Payable on the candidate’s official date of joining.

Terms & conditions

Candidates are required to adhere to the “Notice Period” policy & provide a minimum of two weeks’ notice before resigning from their current job.


Once a candidate has been employed for more than a month, the statutory “Notice Period” will be applicable.
